Peak Season 2019

Due to the very large number of people that missed out on Christmas and Easter and sudden last minute cancellations we are aiming to make things fairer to everyone this year. Many people were frustrated last year that they couldn’t get a spot for Christmas and Easter so we are now changing our pricing and terms for all peak seasons so we don’t book out as quickly and spots are not unnecessarily taken up.

Easter Bookings for 2019

Peak Pricing: Normal Price + $10
Peak Season: 18 April 2019 to the 22 April 2019

The Easter Peak Pricing is an extra $10 per day per dog or cat for any day in the peak period.

5 Day minimum booking

For any booking that has a day in the peak season a minimum of 5 days applies. Your stays can be longer but any shorter than 5 days stays will still be charged at 5 days

Full payment required before the 1st of April.

Your total booking is due to be paid before the 1st of April to secure your spot. If it is not paid by the 1st of April your booking will be cancelled and made available to another person. We will attempt to contact you via email at the beginning of March to remind you so please make sure you receive our initial confirmation email as this is address we will use.

No refunds after the 1st of April.

After the 1st of April any money paid will not be refundable. This is to keep things fair as we will have had to say no to others who really wanted the booking.

Christmas Bookings for 2019
